Q: Do I need to log in?
A: Item search, price comparison, and ammo database are available without login. Task progress management, hideout planner, inventory management, and cross-device sync require Google authentication.
Q: How often is the data updated?
A: Data is automatically updated every 5 minutes from the Tarkov.dev API, ensuring you always have the latest prices and item information.
Q: Does it work on smartphones?
A: Yes, the site is fully responsive and works on smartphones and tablets. Log in with Google to automatically sync task progress and inventory data across PC, smartphone, and tablet.
Q: Where is my data stored?
A: Without login, data is stored in browser localStorage (device-local only). With Google login, data is securely stored in database and synchronized across multiple devices.
Q: How do I track task progress?
A: On the Tasks page, you can select each task's status (not started/completed). Completed tasks are automatically excluded from required item calculations. Individual objective checkboxes are also available.
Q: Can I use it offline?
A: Once the page is loaded, basic features (search, price comparison) work temporarily via cache. However, fetching latest price data and cloud sync require an internet connection.
Q: How is my personal information handled?
A: Google authentication only collects your email address and name. Gameplay data (task progress, inventory) is encrypted and stored in database, never shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Q: What languages are supported?
A: English and Japanese are supported. You can switch languages from the header. Additional languages will be added in the future.
